Workshop Timetable
09.15 - 09.30: Registration
09.30 - 11.00: The first part of the workshop involves the intro, push-up test, audience input, learning some key concepts, frameworks, and guidelines for motivation.
11.00 - 11.15: Break, tea, coffee, biscuits.
11.15 - 12:30: In the second half you'll learn some hard hitting and fun motivation techniques that you'll use in the push-up re-test.
12.30 - 1.00: Q&A and details of my upcoming Signature Programme "Fired Up Athletes"

Do I need to bring my ticket?
This is a ticket only event. You must bring your ticket either on your mobile device or a printed version otherwise you may not gain entry.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes attendees must be aged 18 yrs +. Under 18s are not permitted.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There will be free parking available at the hotel with 250 parking spaces including its underground car park.
The hotel is easily accessible by bus on the Stillorgan road routes.
By Bus from Dublin City Centre
1. Cross to the south side of O'Connell Bridge onto D'Olier Street (the street straight on from O'Connell Bridge)
This is the pick up point for most Dublin Bus routes. You can take the 46A or the 145 - both stop directly outside the Hotel. This takes approx 35mins. Other bus routes may be available. Please double check all bus routes and numbers as this may not be accurate.

What should I wear to the event?
There will be 2 x 60 second push-up tests for all attendess so please wear appropriate clothing. Participation in the push-up tests is not necessary nor required if you are unable or do not wish to participate.

What can I bring into the event?
Bring your game ****! 

Will there be refreshments?
Yes tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided during a half-time break at 11am.

Can I take food and drink?
Yes you can bring your own drink and snacks.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary wi-fi is available throughout the hotel.

Can I take photos, video or record any of the event?
Recording and photography is not permitted.

Can I leave the venue during the event?Yes, you can leave the event at any time.
