Improve your cycling skills and confidence and boost your fitness . The ride is approximately 2 hours of cycling at a slow pace with lots of breaks and mainly off-road.
We are a friendly and open group, perfect for returning cyclists.
Bikes and helmets can be loaned for free. If you bring along your own bike it needs to be roadworthy.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring along snacks and drinks for yourself. A bike lock and some money may be useful as we often stop for a cuppa and some cake!
Under 18s must be accompanied by an *****.
In the event of bad weather the ride may be cancelled at short notice - we'll contact you to let you know if this happens.
