We are delighted to invite you to join FSB, Be the Business and Small Business Minister Kelly Tolhurst MP to participate in a workshop designed to better understand the issues SMEs **** when adopting new technology.
You will join a specially selected group of SME leaders to uncover evidence to help Be the Business to develop a new source of independent, 'on your side' customer advice for SMEs looking to improve their performance through technology. The session will focus on:
What motivates small businesses to adopt new technology and digital services like cloud accountancy and CRM systems?
What is most challenging about introducing a new system?
What are the pitfalls other businesses like yours should look out for?
