Evaluation workshop (open access)
The What Works Centre for Local Economic Growth hosts regular evaluation workshops to help economic development practitioners think about how they can evaluate the economic impacts of their local economic growth policies more effectively.
The open access workshops are open to Institute of Economic Development members, and employees of Local Enterprise Partnerships, Local Authorities and Combined Authorities. These workshops are targeted at policy and programme officers, monitoring and evaluation officers, procurement officers and strategic decision makers in LEPs and Local Authorities, but they may also be of relevance to others.
If you would like to sign up for a place, please register at this page. Or, if you would like to talk more about whether this will be the right course for you, please email info@ someone will get back to you.
We also offer bespoke training session to groups within individual Local Enterprise Partnerships and Local Authorities. You can find out more about these sessions here. The structure and content of the day are similar whether you attend a public session or arrange a bespoke session.
