Discipline and Grievance - Investigating Manager/Decision Manager

Hello,
As part of ‘diice’ Phase 2, all line managers within ITS will need to attend this one day classroom session. This is part of a wider initiative across the agency and you will be attending with other line managers from across the DVLA.
The training is designed to:


support the discipline and grievance processes


provide learning for all investigation managers, decision managers and appeal managers in their roles and responsibilities from the start of the process, in undertaking investigations, decision making, managing unexpected behaviours and the conclusion of the process.


You will need to complete the two online modules below, before attending the classroom session. To access the learning modules, please log in CSL (Civil Service Learning).
