SEE Creativty is a brand new network created by schools, for schools in South East Essex.
Following two successful meetings, our third meeting will be on Tuesday 5th March at 4.00-5.25pm at The Collaborative Learning Centre, Wickford.
Each session so far has produced a different resource:
Meeting 1 - Why are the arts are important in education?
Meeting 2 - Ideas for running an Arts Week
There will be copies of both at the meeting.
The coming meeting will focus on using the Collaborative Learning Centre (a great local venue which is under threat, so we should utilise at every opportunity! We welcome Lyn Corderoy - Headteacher of Grange Primary School who have just achieved their second Platinum Artsmark Award. Lyn will talk about the CLC before we have a wider discussion about school trips, places to visit and people to visit schools.
