A series of gentle introductory workshops to yoga, incorporating some mindfulness practice: focusing on gentle postures, designed to build strength and align the body to help energy flow more workshops are FREE to attend, and runs for 8 weeks, starting Monday 21st January 2019, 7pm-8pm.
This is an opportunity to learn a gentle form of yoga. Yoga mats note that you will need to wear comfortable clothing. You do not need to download or print off your booking tickets, as you sign in when you arrive. You are not obligated to attend every workshop, if you wish to attend them all, please book onto each of them.
