This workshop is for people who lead busy lives and are often under high levels of stress leading to continual, unrelenting “burn out”. People are often more productive when they have the right mind-set and a strong, healthy body. 
In this workshop, you will learn how to manage your body and mind in order to be able to perform at your best.

 How to improve efficiency and productivity by changing your habits and mind-set

You will learn how to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise and how to incorporate good nutrition and an active lifestyle into your busy schedule

A bit about us ...
About Patricia:
Patricia Ferguson is a member of the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy (CPP); a governing body for qualified medical herbalists. Patricia is a graduate of the University of Westminster where she received a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences: Herbal Medicine in 2004.  After graduating, Patricia set up practice in South London where she continues to work.
About Jenny:
Jenny is a wellness coach and she believes that performance and productivity can be enhanced through healthy living. Her commitment is to help individuals and organisations to reduce stress, improve fitness, increase their confidence levels and improve wellbeing through interactive, educational and fun bespoke programmes.
