If you enjoy the session, then you can sign up for our Boot Camp Membership which offers you UNLIMITED camp is group training that covers both strength and cardio endurance. Sessions will help you attain a great balance of overall fitness, whilst enjoying the great outdoor of the Essex countryside. Sessions are individually designed and instructed by qualified trainers to focus on full body conditioning. The training is designed to improve:- Cardio fitness- Core strength- Muscle conditioning- Endurance- PowerSessions are one hour long and incorporate easy to challenging exercises such as running, squatting, lifting, lunging and a range of functional training exercises alternating between cardio and strength exercises with cool-down stretches at the end.Yes, you will sweat it out!
