Do you find it a struggle maintaining a healthy weight? Do you have a love-hate relationship with food and your body?
Are you fed up of making and breaking resolutions to lose weight?
Is your self-esteem, self-confidence and relationships affected by your eating behaviours?
Have you wondered why no matter how hard you try to diet and exercise; you continue to struggle to sustain a healthy weight?
Have you considered that there are other long term solutions to achieve a happier healthier relationship with food and your body?
I can help you refocus the attention from the physical to the emotional issues behind your eating habits (your body to your mindset). By attending my workshop, we will investigate:
- the history behind how your negative eating behaviour developed
- how to process and transform the emotions and thought processes sustaining the unhealthy relationship with food
- how to establish and strengthen positive habits in maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Limited spaces only, so book your place early and take back control of your Eating Habits.
