An evening of conversation with women at the top of their game. This is a special, discussing the importance of personal finance and opening up a new wave of dialogue about money. (It's what we've all been waiting for).

Chenelle Ansah - Programme Manager
Chenelle Ansah is a Senior Professional in Fintech, Mentor and sits on the Leadership team of a Global Charity. In her most recent role, she is programme managing a large team at Zopa in their journey to launch a Bank and prior to this she recently worked with Tandem on their journey to launch their bank earlier this year. She has over 8 years’ experience specialising in leading large transformational programmes and projects. Some of her clients in the financial services space include, Barclays, NatWest and Lloyds Banking Group. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace and more specifically seeing more women at the top.
Charmaine Hayden - Founder of Face4Music Modelling Agency
Charmaine Hayden also known as Chams is best known for being one half of the dynamic force behind the triple award winning modeling agency, Face4music. Face4music is now the leading ‘curve’ specialist model agency. Charmaine has since, decided to take up confidence coaching, write and self publish a book on modeling, and set up a make over site called after all this was what they were good at. Making people look and feel like celebrities and in some cases actually turning that into a full-blown reality. Chams is not just known for her excellence as a businesswoman. Her deep faith and strong social conscience have prompted her to speak out on issues that are hot-button topics in the media industry.
Anna Laycox - Executive Director @ Finance innovation lab
Anna Laycock is Executive Director at the Finance Innovation Lab, where she leads our work to build a financial system that serves people and planet. She develops new programmes and partnerships, represents the Lab to the media and funders, and ensures the Lab team and Board have what they need to use their talents to the full.
Anna is a collaborative leader and skilled facilitator, with extensive experience of coaching and mentoring. She regularly speaks at public events in the UK and globally, has taught fintech at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Oxford, and has been published in academic journals, book chapters and a range of online and print media.
