An opportunity to support the SeaFest community event and to prepare some thought provoking art in readiness for our prayer weekend the following weekend.
The creativity will be led by Coco Hodgkinson who is on the SeaFest team and is a local community artist. She is tasked with making one thousand, plastic octopus chandeliers for this year's SeaFest, so we will be helping her with that. In addition, we'll be creating our own version of the 'plastic fish' shown, jigsaw style.
All are welcome, all ages, bring your plastic bottles and other bits of plastic to add to the isn't intended to get people to buy new plastic bottles but rather an opportunity to re-use the ones we already have, creatively.
